A first call, a written slice, then code
Most work starts as a short written brief from you (problem, current stack, deadline, who decides). We reply with questions, a proposed first slice, and a way of working — not a 60-page SOW on day one. If the slice is wrong, we say so before anyone writes a line.
Delivery is sequential and visible: you see running software, not status-report theater. Support is part of the same relationship, not a separate vendor you have to re-hire to remember the system.
What is broken or missing. Who uses it. What you’ve already tried. The systems it must talk to. A date that is real. Whether you need a build, a rescue, or a second opinion.
